Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-29

02Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to create a GameGlass account or use the Online Services.

2.2 If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to the GameGlass Terms for you, and is responsible for your use of GameGlass and for any purchases you make.

2.3 If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete its personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

03Accounts

3.1 You must give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your email address up to date so we can contact you.

3.2 An account is for one person. Do not share your login details. You are responsible for activity on your account, and must tell us promptly at support@gameglass.gg if you believe someone else has used it.

3.3 You can close your account at any time under "Manage Account" at profile.gameglass.gg, or by contacting support@gameglass.gg. Closing your account cancels any Monthly or Yearly subscription and ends any Lifetime access. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund, except as set out in Section 6.

04Plans, free trial and ads

4.1 Our plans (Basic, Monthly or Yearly subscription, and Lifetime) and Add-ons are described in Section 6 of the EULA. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown at gameglass.gg/pricing and in the Software before you buy.

4.2 Free trial. Each new account gets a free 14-day trial of all Paid Features included in the subscription. You do not need to give payment details for the trial. When it ends, your account moves to the Basic plan unless you buy a paid plan. One trial is available per person, and we may refuse or end a trial that we reasonably believe is being abused.

4.3 Ads. On the Basic plan and during the free trial, GameGlass Hub shows ads. Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans do not. Ads are provided by Overwolf and its advertising partners. We do not give them your account information, but they may collect device and usage information to show and measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy and in Overwolf's own privacy policy.

05Payments and subscriptions

5.1 Prices are shown in the currency and with the taxes stated at the point of purchase.

5.2 Subscriptions are managed through Chargebee. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by Braintree. Lifetime purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. These providers' own terms may also apply to your payment.

5.3 Automatic renewal. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge your payment method for the next period at the current price, until you cancel.

5.4 Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time in GameGlass Hub under Settings > Account > Manage Account, under "Billing" at profile.gameglass.gg, or by contacting support@gameglass.gg. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Paid Features until then.

5.5 Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before it takes effect. Price changes do not affect Lifetime purchases.

5.6 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may try again. If it still fails, we may move your account to the Basic plan until payment is made.

5.7 Distributor purchases. If you buy through a Distributor, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, that Distributor handles billing, renewals and cancellations under its own terms, and you manage the subscription through it.

06Refunds

6.1 First purchase. You can get a full refund, for any reason, by asking within 14 days of your first payment for a Monthly or Yearly subscription, or of your Lifetime purchase.

6.2 Renewals. You can get a full refund of any subscription renewal charge, for any reason, by asking within 7 days of that charge.

6.3 To ask for a refund, email support@gameglass.gg from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

6.4 When we refund a payment, the Paid Features it paid for end. Refunding a Lifetime purchase ends Lifetime access.

6.5 After the periods in Sections 6.1 and 6.2, refunds are at our discretion, except where the law requires one.

6.6 We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person where we reasonably believe this policy is being abused, except where the law requires a refund.

6.7 Purchases made through a Distributor are refunded by that Distributor under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds for them.

6.8 Nothing in this Section 6 limits your rights under consumer law, including the right of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom to cancel within 14 days, and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

07Shards and user content

7.1 You keep ownership of your User Content, including Shards you create, as set out in Section 9.2 of the EULA.

7.2 License to GameGlass. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, distribute and adapt your User Content as needed to operate, provide and improve the Software and the Online Services, including showing your published Shards on forge.gameglass.gg. This license ends when you delete the User Content or close your account, except for copies kept in backups for a reasonable period and copies other users already have under Section 7.3.

7.3 Published Shards. When you publish a Shard publicly, you give every GameGlass user a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to download, use, copy and modify it, and to publish their modified versions ("remixes"), but only within the Software and the Online Services. No one may use your Shard or a remix of it outside GameGlass without your permission. If you unpublish a Shard, others can no longer download it, but copies and remixes already made can still be used under this license.

7.4 Credit. We may show the original creator of a Shard on its remixes, but we are not required to.

7.5 Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your User Content and to grant the licenses in this Section 7, and that it follows these Terms. You are responsible for your User Content.

7.6 Content rules. User Content must not:

  1. infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  2. be unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable;
  3. contain malware or malicious or deceptive key commands, macros or other actions (see Section 5.1 item 7 of the EULA);
  4. contain other people's personal information without their permission; or
  5. impersonate any person or organization, or falsely suggest that GameGlass or a game publisher made or endorses it.

7.7 Moderation. We do not have to monitor User Content, but we may review, remove or restrict access to any User Content that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law. You can report User Content to support@gameglass.gg. Section 10 of the EULA explains our responsibility for Shards created by other users.

09Online Services and the API

9.1 We work to keep the Online Services available, but they may change or be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

9.2 The restrictions in Section 5 of the EULA apply to your use of the Online Services. You also must not use them to harass other users, send spam, or collect other users' personal information.

9.3 API keys are personal to your account. We may set usage limits, and may suspend or revoke an API key that is misused or puts the Online Services at risk. The API documentation also applies when you use the API.

10Suspension and termination

10.1 You can stop using GameGlass and close your account at any time (see Section 3.3).

10.2 We can suspend or close your account if you materially breach the GameGlass Terms and, where the breach can be fixed, you do not fix it within 14 days of our notice. We can do so immediately for a breach of Section 5.1 item 4 or 7 of the EULA, for repeated copyright infringement, for fraud or payment chargebacks, for unlawful use, or where the law requires it.

10.3 If we close your account under Section 10.2, Section 13.4 of the EULA applies to your Paid Features, including Lifetime access.

10.4 When an account is closed, we remove its published Shards and delete its personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Copies and remixes others already made under Section 7.3 are not affected.

10.5 Sections 6, 7.3, 7.5, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 15, and any accrued rights, survive when these Terms end.

12Warranties and liability

12.1 Section 12 of the EULA (consumer rights, warranties and liability) also applies to the website, the Online Services and everything provided under these Terms, as if each reference to the Software included them.

12.2 The limit in Section 12.5 of the EULA is a single total for all claims under the GameGlass Terms.

13Indemnity

13.1 If you use GameGlass for a business or organization, and not as a consumer, you will indemnify GameGlass against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable legal costs, arising from your User Content or your breach of the GameGlass Terms.

14Changes to these Terms

14.1 We may update these Terms. The current version is always at gameglass.gg/legal/terms-of-service with its "Last updated" date.

14.2 For changes that materially reduce your rights, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the website, in the Software or by email before they take effect.

14.3 If you keep using GameGlass after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using GameGlass and cancel any Monthly or Yearly subscription; your rights under Section 6 and consumer law about refunds still apply.

15Governing law and general

15.1 Section 16 of the EULA, including governing law, courts, notices and events beyond our control, applies to these Terms.

15.2 The GameGlass Terms are the entire agreement between you and GameGlass about their subject and replace any earlier versions.

15.3 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these Terms are read.
