December 2019 Development Update

This year has been an entire thesaurus full of adjectives, superlatives (and expletives).

Here's a rundown of what we've been up to this month. And a bit of last month. Honestly, it's all a blur...

Elite Dangerous

IT'S SO CLOSE!

Flight and Combat are in Early Access for our Glass Pass members, and our new Mining and Exploration Shards are going through some final internal testing now.

CitCon Funtimes

Cloud Imperium generously gave us a booth slot at CitizenCon 2949 in Manchester. And boy did we have fun!


We got to spend time with many of our backers and users, heard some super cool stories about your Star Citizen experiences, and were on-site to hear all about many of the killer features now available in Alpha 3.8.

Mainly Carrak.

Give the (last minute) Gift of GameGlass

In case you missed the news, you can now gift a Glass Pass to your favourite co-pilot, wing buddy or mining laser peon.

If you gift GG before December 26th, you'll go into the draw for a Fire Tablet and stand. Also, you'll probably get a big hug from your incredibly grateful friend.

The Host With the Most

Early December saw the release of our completely redesigned Host 2.0 Software for your Gaming PC. Here you can view instructions on keybind setup, choose your network adapter, and get helpful links to all our mobile apps, support, and social media pages.

This is but our first step into a larger world. In 2020 we plan to crank the interface up to eleven with rich integration to our platform and services in addition to all sorts of details about your favorite compatible games!

2019 "It's a Wrap" Recap

This year we kicked off with an Indiegogo campaign that was more successful than we ever dreamed it would be. We formed a team of some of the most amazing human beings on the planet. And we built a platform that will deliver some astounding things in 2020. 

We could have done exactly zero % of that without you!
